After visiting several other car dealerships and experiencing very high pressure sales techniques, Ben was a welcome change in that he took the time to find the right vehicle that worked within our budget and didn't pressure us into something we didn't really want. Overall we had a very positive experience and are very happy with our vehicle purchase. We are looking forward to many camping adventures with our Subaru Forester. More

It was a rushed sale. Salesman did not want to give any extras, floor mats, touch up paint, finders fee for my friend who referred me there. They did not give me what they promised for my trade in. In fact, gave me less than modified amount. When I later told salesman about this, he provided some lame story about taxes. He said he would bring it to the manager's attention . Never heard back. Now, I have noticed a rock chip on windshield . When I tried to get it repaired, I was told it had already been repaired. You would think they would have told me. Insurance girl messed up my insurance so bad it took BCAA 2 hours to sort it out. When she called the insurance company , "Rocky" refused to let her speak to manager and hung up. Bad buying experience all around. I will not do business with them again. Felt like I was dealing with some sleazy small dealership. I didn't see anyone resembling any of the staff photos posted here. More

Wrong service, no set Took the car in for an oil change. They told me I needed to do an A&B service but that turned out not to be correct. Didn't give me an estimate up front and sticker shocked me with $300. To their credit they reduced it to $250. They give the car a wash but a) hey don't do a good job and b) it comes out with scratches. Not taking car back. More
