Becareful of trading in your car here. Canadian black book trade in value valued my car at $17-21k. My car is retailing at $25k. When I inquired about a new Subaru Ascent - we were quoted $8000 on our trade in. Not even close. I went to Open Road Auto Group and received $19k on the same car for a trade in. The sales manager is delusional or taking advantage of the ethnic population in that community. Shame on them! Or perhaps that's how they do business? If so - they should just state that I don't like taking cars in for trade-ins so I have to low ball you instead.

One really has to question their integrity. Soliciting a quote on a 2025 Crosstrek Limited and they come (Matthew) with a quote $2,300 more than advertised with a host of bogus fees … then warn me the quote isn’t firm because of tariff potential. The cars are imported from Japan and there is no threat of tariffs. Bottom line … put your wallet in your front pocket when dealing with this dealer.

The sales guy was alright but once they close the sale the aftersale service was horrible. So many underpromises. Was advised they would detail our car (valued at $890???) but it was obviously not done when we were ready to pick up the car. Floor mats were wet and it was clearly not vacuumed and dusty/crusty corners. Fine, they made it sound like we would leave with full tank of gas, this was not the case. The worse part was we were forced to book a service appointment with richmond subaru. We don't live in richmond, their servicing is obviously unreliable with their xxxx detailing - we refused and our sales guy said he would not get paid otherwise...and we can book it then cancel. This made us feel so awkward and uncomfortable. What kind of process is this with the dealership??? Would never recommend this dealership.

Recently purchased an Outback Onyx from this location, Benson was patient and not pushy, gave me a good deal and he was very quick to respond to messages as well as did his due diligence following up to check on satisfaction. Christina also helped me pay for my license plate since they didn't have many options available on the day of. Thank you!

Do not trust anything anyone tells you in this dealer. Other reviews were right about them being very patient and not pushy. However, everything they do is suspicious. They will sell you a premium insurance plans that works to your advantage, and they will tell you they are giving you huge discounts for the car. They will even sound like they are explaining the full extent of each contract you are getting yourself into! But what I have realized (from my painful experience) was that they did not show me the full contract. They only slyly showed me parts of the contract that looked like the entire document, asked me to sign it, and then REFUSED to give me a copy of the contracts that I signed. After 3 weeks of follow up, with texting, calling, and finally visiting them in person, they finally reluctantly gave me the contract, and it was only then that I saw that the premium plan and the contract I got myself into were not premium at all, and the price was not the same as they claimed. THEY ARE THE MOST DISHONEST TEAM THERE COULD BE, and it does not only limit to the Sales team, but also the Finance Planner
