Recently, the time had come for me to get a new car. I had been driving a 2011 Chevy Malibu for 12 years. During that time, I had brought it to Quality for service occasionally. Those experiences plus renting a Chevy Traverse (and liking it very much) in Summer 2023 for a roadtrip factored into me buying my 2021 Chevy Traverse at Quality. Joe Vivolo was my sales rep. This guy is FANTASTIC! He answered all my questions, let me take a test drive solo, was transparent with the breakdown of the figures, assisted me with my insurance and I felt ZERO PRESSURE during the entire 3 hours I spent with Joe. Which explains why he's been Quality's employee of the year multiple times. I recommend Joe V to be your sales rep when you go there to buy your next car. And if you already own a Chevy and you live local, the service department does a superb job and the guys are very professional (Mike D and Mike K). While we're at it, the parts department is good too. Alex is the parts manager, he assisted me when my key fobs weren't working right in my old car. More

I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have with this location and everyone in it, particularly, Brian! My husband purchased a vehicle here and was promised free oil changes for as long as he owned the vehicle. During and after covid they reneged on the free oil changes. When I called to complain they basicall oil changes for as long as he owned the vehicle. During and after covid they reneged on the free oil changes. When I called to complain they basically said "too bad." We continuously get mailings from them and it only reminds me of what crooks they are. I've called countless times to get our name off the mailing list, still getting mailings. My husband passed away and I sold the vehicle. Today we received an email from Joseph Torre, Sales and Leasing Consultant wishing my husband a happy birthday. I emailed him back to say how unhappy we were with the reneging and that my husband passed and I sold the vehicle, and to please stop mailing us. Here is his awful response: "ALL YOU HAD TO DO TO TO UNSUBSCRIBE IS CLICK THE BUTTON AT BOTTOM OF PAGE GOD BLESS !!!!" What a disgrace. The fish rots from the head. Avoid this unethical establishment at all costs. More

Brian Toal was a big help with our many questions and inquiries. We work strange hours and have trouble getting much done outside the home during the week but not the case with Brian on our side. He had papers ready plus the car, where all we had to do was go in to sign and drive. When we brought the car home we noticed the windshield wipers were very bad and one broken. Brian then again went out his way to get us into there maintenance department right away and had it fixed, all for free. Worst ever. Vehicle was delivered dirty and damaged. They removed the front end to replace a damaged recovery hook and gave the truck back to me with the bumper Vehicle was delivered dirty and damaged. My salesman Vito Karavolas was AWESOME and is still amazing almost 2 yrs later every time I see him at the dealership ( service appointme Chevrolet!
