I’ve brought my truck in for an oil leak, and the response that I was given is that they are just gonna do a service at this time. When I went to go pick up my truck, I had to wait for 15 minutes because they had forgot to bring my truck up, and then I bring my truck home and it was making a weird tick noise. Now I have to reschedule another appointment. And the service advisor that had given me his contact information, said that I can contact him directly at any time. I tried to call him yesterday and I left a message and I still haven’t gotten a call back and he had all day yesterday to reply to my message. More
