Doug's bad experience with Pickering Honda I purchased a used 2016 Ram 1500 from Pickering Honda and was told that the vehicle would be safety checked and serviced ( oil changed ) and extra re I purchased a used 2016 Ram 1500 from Pickering Honda and was told that the vehicle would be safety checked and serviced ( oil changed ) and extra remote key and def fluid tank full but that was not done. I noticed exhaust fumes entering the cab when I was driving it home after paying for it. This truck was safety inspected and this should have been noticed. I constantly wrote them and seldom they returned emails and finally they reimbursed me for my costs pertaining to the key and fluids and the General Manager called and promised to reimburse me for the oil change to make it right but I have not heard from them since and still waiting for an email or call. I purchased the truck over a month ago. I launched a complaint through their online service and no answers. This is simple if you promise it please deliver or don't promise. Hopefully by reading this you will be careful and make sure you receive all before final payment. This is just my experience I have never even received a written or oral apology and still waiting for reimbursement for the oil change and service that I had performed by the Dodge Chrysler dealership as well as installing a turbo exhaust gasket to eliminate the dangerous fumes. I remain very frustrated with this Honda dealership and to be fair, I will post the response of this Honda dealership in the future if they make it right. Keep watch More

It allows me to follow it and project expected work in the future. Waiting area is nice and clean with good refreshments. I have no reason to go anywhere else. All service under one roof. More

Excellent quiet comfortable waiting room with coffee / newspapers and Breakfast TV. Pretty upbeat happy place for a Monday morning. :-) More

Was towed to Pickering Honda where they got right on it as they knew right away that was the problem. I was informed by Casey of every detail of the progress, then was given a ride home by Rich I believe his name was, very friendly. He returned for me a few hours later when the car was ready .Great service as always from Crystal at the front desk to getting the keys back afterwards. More
Great and Speedy Service Had my Oil Change - and tire rotation done Service was fast 2 areas of improvement: 1) Complimentary car wash - car wasn`t exactly cleaned when I Had my Oil Change - and tire rotation done Service was fast 2 areas of improvement: 1) Complimentary car wash - car wasn`t exactly cleaned when I got it back - seemed like it was just hosed down dirt still on the car! 2)No one knows how to guide people through the Wifi - I was working while I waited on my laptop and needed a connection spoke to 3 people before one of the gentlemen and the part centre was able to tell me that after logging in - you need to access a web page to confirm connection to the wifi - it`s a simple instruction - possibly add this to your signage More
