My Review Of Performance Mazda:

Went to purchase a car with this dealership, I had a deal in place with a price that we both agreed to, my car was in the shop getting repaired (under $1000 in damage so it wouldn't affect resale value) they came up with an excuse to get out of the deal they offered me (extra paint on the door?) and offered me the car for an extra $4000. I brought my car into Delawri and they gave me the price that Performance originally offered me for the car and I bought the car from them. If you want to get a good deal go with Delawri on Bank Street. Brian was very friendly but I felt they weren't honest.

My Review Of Performance Mazda:

To Whom It May Concern:

On October 13, I found myself stranded in the rain outside of my car, key-less with two dogs and pregnant at 8 months. I urgently called Mazda where a fellow named Michel Russo (Parts Manager, Orleans Ontario Location) answered my call and quickly came to my rescue well prepared within 20 minutes. He created a key for me along with bringing me a new umbrella. I tried to give him a monetary gift yet he refused and asked me to purchase something for my baby. I shall never forget this gentleman’s aid and thoughtfulness. Thank you Mazda for employing such a great man. He is truly an asset to your company.

My Review Of Performance Mazda:

Mark & Mary answered all my questions about the products. They are both very knowledgeable in the auto industry. The service I received from the day when I walked into the dealership looking at different products til the day I got my car delivered to me was impeccable. I’m on my 3rd Mazda Vehicle & 8th within my family. The main reason is because, the Sales and Service staff at Performance Mazda summarize what both should truly be. That’s why I’ve always remained loyal to the brand & always will be. I confess, we did look around; because budget was a major concern for me, but no one could touch the deal she gave us and I was thrilled. Hats off to the folks at Performance, It's always a pleasure to deal with any of them. Thanks to Mary & Mary for all your help Very much appreciated! There’s no reason why anyone should switch from Mazda ~ once they have driven one.

My Review Of Performance Mazda:

The dealership is neat and clean. Staff members were attentive as soon as I walked into the showroom.

My sales rep., Brian Sanford was knowledgeable down to the detail level that is important to me and was able to answer all questions I had. He was available whenever I phoned the dealership, even if it was 7:30 a.m. (twice) as he had advised reception to pass calls directly to his cellphone.

Brian was able to deliver on the exact model and colour of the car I wanted and did it on time, without any delays.

I am most satisfied with this dealership.

My wife and I were hesitant about buying used after visiting a few other dealerships. Brian made our buying experience a very pleasant one. He is probably the most informed, and reasonable sales person I've ever dealt with. I would not hesitate to refer him to my friends and family.

My Review Of Performance Mazda:

I have always been satisfied with the service at Performance Mazda in Ottawa, Ontario. The receptionist and the person who confirms the appointment are always nice, polite and helpful. But on August 4, 2011, Mathieu Gervais who is a technician where we leave our car and to who we explain the reason of our visit, was able to assist me with problems regarding to the passenger's wiper noise and the foam between the dash and windshield without any extra cost. That's what I call excellent service. He understood the problem, gave me good advice and was able to offer his help without the assistance of another mechanic person and at no extra charge. Thank you again for the good work and the excellent client service. I will certainly recommend Performance Mazda to my friends and family.

Brian was very helpful. It's one of the few times I felt a salesman took the time to figure out what we really wanted and needed. He was full of information and recommendations for how to take care of our Mazda after we bought it.

Matt at Performance Mazda was very understanding and made a difficult and expensive maintenance experience palatable. He was very good to work with, and helped to focus the work on the priority activities and meet an aggressive schedule. I very much appreciated his effort to keep the cost down. I will return to Performance Mazda the next time my Mazda 3 needs servicing.
