In my mind, the quality of customer service is measured by how someone fixes a problem. Sometimes, problems are unavoidable, but it's how one reacts to a problem that says a lot about a company or an indiv by how someone fixes a problem. This is the 4th Hyundai purchased within my family, three of which were purchased at Pathway. After the experience I just went through, now I know why we bought from them once again. The quality of service was evident every step of the way, with special thanks to Dane, Paul, Ray and Frank for their obvious dedication to customer service.
