Time of appointment was off by one hour (miscommunication I guess?). Contract not ready at pick-up time. Additional administrative fee added to vehicle price (for preparation of bank loan documents I understand). Minor ($76) but was not told about it in advance. I believe that all fees should be disclosed prior, or to the minimum a warning that there will be an additional adm. fee added and an estimate of its cost. Was disappointed as was not advised that car starter had not been installed on vehicle (on backorder) and I had to make appointment to go in later on; if I had known I would have asked them to push pick-up date to later as it is an inconvenience to return to service on a separate occasion. Car salesman very nice and I appreciated the follow-up call done about 1 week after pick-up of car. Felt like the salesman was genuine in his offer for me to call if any questions/concerns. Bottom line though, very happy with my new car! More

We went to the dealership to look at some of the used cars advertised. The salesperson (Tim) was quite patient with our kids and did his best to find out what our needs were so as to identify possible ve cars advertised. The sales method was informative and there was no 'pressure' to make a deal. Although we have only just purchased the vehicle (can't comment on post-sales service in any detail), our experience thus far has been quite positive. No suprises on the vehicle and the price was pretty reasonable. My only criticism thus far is that some of the used vehicles could receive better detailing (but this could be hit or miss, I suppose). Honestly, it was a great car shopping experience. Neil was a great salesman. Not pressuring us, answering all our questions (and, when he didn't know the answer, he went and found someone who did, which was a great salesman. Particularily liked the test drive, where he allowed us to test out some of the safety features. Most dealers just have you drive for 5 minutes on the highway. Neil had us test braking, traction control, etc. In the end, we bought the car and love it. I will be recommending this dealership to friends and family. More

It was very easy for my wife and me to have someone who can give us some details in French. Was really friendly when I walked in and was able to help out a lot. I do feel that they didnt fully come through with everything they said. I get it all the time that I bring in any of my cars to be serviced but today your I would like to point out the excellent service I received today. I get it all the time that I bring in any of my cars to be serviced but today your staff went above and beyond their normal duties and would like to thank you for it. A week or so I bought 4 new tires and rims from the services/parts department and this morning when we were washing our cars we noticed that one of my new tires had a nail in it. I called the service department and talked to Laura and I did what she told me to do. When I came in I was told that I needed a new tire due to the location of the nail so I told them to go ahead and get me a new tire to replace the defective one. Gordon as usual was helpful in getting me what I needed so that I could put a claim to the insurance and Laura helped me get the paper work started on my other defective issue with the car and both always updated me as to what was going on. Both looked after me and made me feel like I was a very important customer. While I was waiting for the tire to be delivered to your facilities Matt and Kevin from the Parts department called the Supplier of the tire and explained my situation to them. I don’t know what kind of magic they did but the Supplier of the tire paid for my tire replacement and any cost incurred in getting it replaced. Gordon, Laura, Matt and Kevin showed me why your service department is far better than any other ones I have ever dealt with since I started buying cars. I saw today how at your dealership everybody works together to help the customer resolve any problems they might have. That also includes all of the receptionists at the front but especially the young blond hair lady, (I think her name is Aislynn ) she is always smiling always in a good mood and always greets you by your name, with a smile and is very helpful. I wasn’t a happy camper when I walked in but her good humour and pleasantness made it me not so grumpy. I would like to tell you how glad I am those people work for you and how they make every customer feel….special! For that I thank you very much for having such great staff.
