Terrible terrible dealership in Edmonton, Service manager ROSS WIESNER and Landon Lavallee the assistant service manager are not honoring the service agreements at all and they speaks and act like they are m ROSS WIESNER and Landon Lavallee the assistant service manager are not honoring the service agreements at all and they speaks and act like they are mechanics and they know everything about all the nut and bolt of any vehicle. And loads of scamming going on in this place when its come to regular services. they mark all the service sheets as service Job done but they are not performing those services in real world such as fluid top ups ,cabin filter changes, engine air filter changes and oil filter changes. it feels like the mechanics doing this scam with the help with the manager and Assistant service manager to rip off customers. and never buy any products they try to sell when you buy a vehicle from them, Specially pro pack selling for over 2000$. they do nothing at all whatever they explain at the point of sale but grabbing money out of your pocket. once you are requesting a service related to that pro pack they don't think twice to reject your request saying it is not covered under the plan and you suppose to do it by your self. this place is a palace of scam and frauds, I will never ever come back here and wish I bought my car in a different dealership. don't even think about it if you have planned to come here already. Purchased used vehicle July 19 of 2022. Because of additional work to be done to it we had to come back a week later to pick it up. (We live an hour and a half away) The next weekend when we came to pick it up the undercoating we had paid for was still wet, so we had to come back the next day. When we purchased the vehicle we were told that we would have out first oil change free and that if we found any other issues prior to this (one found before we left was a trailer brake warning) that those would also be addressed. The day after we got it home we contacted them that the park assist was not working properly and were told that it would be noted. One week before the scheduled oil change appointment we found that the heated seats weren't working. (Never needed them before that). I brought the vehicle in for it's scheduled appointment and was informed that there was no courtesy car for me, so I ended up sitting in their lobby from 9am until 4pm. Now I am informed that the only thing being covered is the trailer brake issue. I guess my bad I didn't have the other issues written down by them (The park assist was never noted even though they were called.) I will say that Landon from service was very helpful and I was offered an uber, however I am sure some Uber driver wants to take me shopping. Until today he has continued to work for me, but now can get no further because the sales manager says they will not cover anything else. Would like to return the vehicle and get all my money back (Like that would happen) More
I am from Calgary, I purchase a new CX3 from Gerald & Michelle. They both were outstanding .. She made sure I got everything I asked for. I will defiantly use this company again in the future. April 15th: Low oil light was flashing. We got our car towed to Park Mazda. April 16th We received a call informing us that our car had a leaking cylinder head. They said about a month for parts. I informed Mazda that we would require a loaner car; they said we would get back to you on Monday. Perfect no problem. April 18th I dropped off my wife in Sherwood Park because she no longer has a car. Mazda had not called me and updated me on the status of the car. I have a doctors appointment so I won’t be able to pick her up. That’s no problem the dealer will get us a loaner car. Call #1 I called Mazda at 9am left a voicemail asking for someone to call me. Nobody answered the phone. Call #2 I allowed 3 hours of leeway, but 12pm nobody had returned my call. So I called again, service can't give me an answer on what’s going on, the only person I can talk to is the service manager. They said I would get a call back. Call#3 Nobody had called me again, so finally I get upset with mazda and I’m able to finally talk to someone. I was told that no arrangements had been made for a rental car. So they finally allow me to phone enterprise in Sherwood Park and I arrange the rental car. I basically wasted half my day just trying to get a simple update on the car. Why is it so hard to give me call? Why doesn’t anyone answer your phones? Why did I have to arrange this rental car, when my truck gets repairs at Chevrolet this is all taken care of. April 21st My wife tried contacting the dealership to get an update on how paying for the rental car works because enterprise is billing us directly. She leaves a voicemail. April 22nd Since nobody answers the phones or returns calls it’s only been 24 hours. She decided to go to the dealership directly. So my 7 month pregnant wife has to go to the dealership and talk to you guys in person because nobody answers the phones. We were told the car will be ready on Monday April 25th, and to bring the rental car receipt to the dealership. Why exactly are we paying for a rental car when other companies provide direct billing? April 25th My wife called asking for an update on the car. She is told there diagnosing the car. What exactly are they diagnosing if we were told, the parts arrived and car is being repaired? Still nobody has called us back and given an update. Finally the GM reads this email. The service manger calls us. They need a tensioner part for the car. The GM never replied to me. Again poor communication. April 27th The service department calls us to inform us, they had put the engine together wrong. The mechanic made a mistake. The engine was outta time, now, they had damaged the cam shaft. This is a major component of the engine. So now not only has this been a terrible experience. My engine has been completely ripped apart twice. So how can I even trust that nothing else was damaged during this mistake. They now decided that we have paid for rental car long enough, they have a loaner vehicle available the next day. April 28th We pick up the loaner car. They can’t provide a cheque for the rental car. So we have to wait to get reimbursed. I asked about extending the power train warranty to guarantee the workmanship. Nope nothing is offered to us. Basically sorry we messed up your brand new engine. Parts are 5 days away. I will never purchase a Mazda again, or recommend this dealership to anyone. More
The service department is awesome, no complaints, they rock. But after 10 years of being a customer I'll never buy a vehicle there again.
