Brought my cross trek in and was quoted $1500. I took my car back after paying them $3000 while my car was as not drivable, sold it and bought a Toyota. Never dealing with this place again. Second issue with this place, our first subaru they refused to fix a warranty issue. Seemed like they were waiting for our warranty to expire before they ever got back to us. We had to go to northbay subaru where they fixed it no problem. More
I went to Subaru of Sudbury in July for an oil consumption test for a potential small-block replacement due to the excessive oil consumption of my vehicle, as my vehicle was one of the models list consumption test for a potential small-block replacement due to the excessive oil consumption of my vehicle, as my vehicle was one of the models listed as faulty manufactured. Everything was going well, my oil was proven to be consuming too much, and the dealership said they will fulfil my warranty and contact me in the coming weeks. This never happened. I contacted to find out an update, and Jordan Tall said he will email the rep and let me know when he responds. 3 months go by and still nothing. I called, requested to talk to him and he was on lunch. I called back an hour and 15 minutes later, and he was still not back from lunch supposedly. I called back 30 minutes later, and Jordan picked up saying he just got back from lunch and to give him time to figure out his emails and get in contact with the rep. Confusion began as he said he would do this months ago. He called back an hour later, and read me an email from Subaru of Canada that was received a long while back, with disappointing information saying they will not fulfil my warranty. I have been lied to many times and it was exhausting. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend speaking to Jordan, unfortunately he is the service manager. More
Brought our forester there with a/c problem. Was told it would be approx. $1800. to fix. We called our own dealership and found we are still under warranty and the fix is no cost to us. Right after purchasing our used subaru we noticed a problem. It took over a week of several calls to speak with someone about bringing it in. It was at the shop for a few weeks! Always having to cha problem. It took over a week of several calls to speak with someone about bringing it in. It was at the shop for a few weeks! Always having to chase for updates. They did not cover a roughly $1800 issue that existed when purchased! The car can not be used until repaired at our own expense. This was well under 3 months and didn't fall under their warranty...we still feel taken!!! We are have chosen to not pay them any more money! This is not right! Poor service at this dealership! Stay away! More
BEST SERVICE IN TOWN!!! Everytime I've had an issue with my vehicle, John is always there to save the day. He's knowledgeable, friendly, passionate and professional. I've owned several other brands and been to many dealerships. Never have I met someone like john. This guy knows the brand like its the back of his hand. He always makes sure I.m taken care of. I've seen him deal with the most difficult of people and still maintain his composure where I wouldn't. He's truly an asset to the team and anyone that has an "issue" with him is clearly mistaken. Even my wife will only deal with him. Seeing a solid brand, and a personable person behind the counter, is why I bought from this dealership twice now. I'm confident my cars are in good hands when I give him my keys and I know I'll always get it back in tip top shape. We need more people like him. Truly thankful they have someone like him on the team! More

When i spoke with him , finally, about my battery failing multiple times , he made it seem like it was my fault and spoke to me like I was an idiot. Not really sure he should be Representing the Change this Dealership is trying to move towards. I have had great experiences with the Sales , Lynn is always awesome to deal with ,and the Quality of work done on my Forester is great . I do see there is more staff which is nice, and the woman in service was very pleasant and Happy. Sadly I would not recommend Service here, due to the overbearing know it all you walk into as soon as you open the door. More
