We were walking around the lot looking and Magdy approached us by asking if we had any questions or wanted to be left alone. No pressure whatsoever. He answered all our questions and we left still not sure if we wanted to purchase right then. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Felt like an old friend! He never asked for our phone number either! We returned 2 days later and purchased it. We were well treated by everyone we dealt with. I dealt with Raymon Mikhail and can honnestly say he made the whole experience flawless and probably the easiest purchase ive ever made. This salesman goes above and beyond for his customers. He was always available to answer my calls and reply to my text messages (there were alot of them). He even went as far as answering questions on his days off and followed up with me to make sure i was happy with the truck once i got home. I would recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used dodge product and I would definatly try to get Ray as a salesman if possible. I will be buying all my vehicles from this dealership from now on even though i live in Sudbury and have to drive 4 hours to pick it up. More
