Right off the bat I knew he was different then most sales people, because he was very welcoming and friendly and I felt very easy within the first 5 minutes of talking with him. James also didn't rush anything,he made sure of the options I needed in my new truck, not just trying to sell me any truck. The whole time I was there I never felt pushed or forced into making a decision. I felt like I was buying a truck from a close friend.
