Best service ever!! I bought a Ford Escape a couple years ago and it's been great. A few months ago it started showing a warning light on my dash board that wouldn't go I bought a Ford Escape a couple years ago and it's been great. A few months ago it started showing a warning light on my dash board that wouldn't go away. The folks at OP Ford Service were UNBELIEVABLE!! They worked off and on with this problem - thought they had it then the light would come back on - they'd take it back in and on it went. They never quit. A couple of weeks ago the mechanic who had mostly been working on this ongoing problem, Colin, figured something out. He did it - fixed the problem - no more light. I cannot say enough about this group of people. In my opinion they went over and above what anybody might have expected to fix this problem. They are wonderful to deal with and Joe the service manager just wouldn't quit until they got it resolved. If you aren't happy with your current service situation, or even if you are, give these guys a chance. It's hard to imagine I won't keep buying Fords, just so I can keep dealing with this team. Best ever!! More
