Quick and responsive Cassandra took great care of me! Had a bit of a serious and costly issue. Had to leave my car at night drop off and rent another (due to work) in hop Cassandra took great care of me! Had a bit of a serious and costly issue. Great Personalized Service Northstar Ford at Crowfoot Circle take a personal approach to their service. For the last three times that I have had to take my 2012 F150 in for its Northstar Ford at Crowfoot Circle take a personal approach to their service. For the last three times that I have had to take my 2012 F150 in for its regular service, Cassandra has been my intake tech. It surprises me every time I come in that she remembers me and my truck considering all the vehicles and customers that she sees. This personal touch makes me feel like I am not only appreciated as a customer, but also that they have a vested interest in what is going on with my vehicle.
