Canada to Alaska breakdown We broke down on our drive through Canada on our way to Alaska with a failed water pump. We got towed in on a sunday and first thing monday morning I went in and Mike Vandenbrink squeezed us into their already busy schedule. Mike called that afternoon and had the job done plus a air bag recall that popped up when he ran the VIN. He treated us great and got us back on the road. For anyone breaks down in this area i highly recommend them they treat you well. It also was extremely convenient location with a hotel across the street with a restaurant, there is also a mall complex behind that. Being broke down with there was perfect being close to the dealer,hotel, and food since we were on foot. More

Mike was awesome The oil change was a tad bit more expensive then where I was going to go but at Dodge my truck was looked at and Mike recognized that I had several re The oil change was a tad bit more expensive then where I was going to go but at Dodge my truck was looked at and Mike recognized that I had several recalls that needed to be worked on (I also got a free truck wash!). He was honest with how long the work was going to take and hooked me up with the shuttle person right away and contacted me as soon as the work was completed. TBH, I used to hate coming to Dodge for anything to do with service because it took forever, but it's really improved! :) More
