friendly service I gave my experience today 4-stars but I have had other service issues and I would not have been so generous...however, today was very good, vehicle I gave my experience today 4-stars but I have had other service issues and I would not have been so generous...however, today was very good, vehicle was complimentary cleaned and vacuumed and they fixed the problem without charging me for it...Mike Vandenbrink is a good guy to deal with very friendly and tries to explain everything to your satisfaction...the shuttle driver was a pleasure as well :) More

the incessant clicking was making me crazy my signal light blew ... how did I know? the blinker was making me crazy. I pulled in to the service center, spoke with Mike, he took me to the parts my signal light blew ... how did I know? the blinker was making me crazy. I pulled in to the service center, spoke with Mike, he took me to the parts department in their brand new building - which is spectacular - and installed the new bulb , while I was paying for it ... sweet ... and he didn't let me drive off until he made sure it was working, just in case it was a connector or something else. Very nice. More
