Extremely dissatisfied with my last service. I scheduled an oil change and a front left headlight replacement one week in advance and requested a loaner vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle on Thur I scheduled an oil change and a front left headlight replacement one week in advance and requested a loaner vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle on Thursday evening 5/9. I received an email confirming the service for 6:30 am on Friday 5/10. When I left work at 4 pm I called Mazda because I hadn’t received a call saying the vehicle was ready. Wil Jones told me the vehicle was ready but they were still finishing up the paperwork and the car would be ready at 5. I arrived at the dealer at 4:50 and Dominic told me that he was finishing up the paperwork and he would be finished in 15 minutes. I told him I would be in the waiting area. A few minutes later the phone rang and he proceeded to have a lengthy telephone conversation with another customer. At 5:15 he was still on the phone and I went up to the service counter and spoke to Wil Jones and explained to him that I was still waiting for the paperwork so I could leave as I had made plans for the evening and I needed my vehicle back. He said Dominic was still working on the paperwork! After expressing my dissatisfaction and frustration Wil brought my car up to the bay hoping to appease me but I still had to wait for Dominic anyway. When I paid for the service I realized the paperwork said the car was promised by 5pm. When I scheduled the appointment I wish I had been told or been given a window of time when the car would be ready for pickup. Since the appointment time was listed as 6:30am I assumed the car would be finished earlier in the day considering it was only an oil change and a headlight replacement. More

Mostly simple purchase process- non-pushy salesman, he was actually a breath of fresh air to deal with compared to some of the harrassing ones at other places. I tried to have everything set and ready for day of purchase as I have a very tight schedule and long work days so couldnt afford to be at the dealership all day. Unfortunately had a few setbacks on purchase day due to miscommunication from the dealership about what was needed on my end. Overall happy but had dirt covered floormats on purchase day, then found a giant scuff 2 ft long on passenger side just shortly after leaving dealership day of purchase- did not inspect that area on passenger side as it was not present during test drive just days prior and had not gone anywhere that it was possible to happen that day. When contacted salesman he didn't respond until halfway through the next day and said if it's a scratch probably won't be covered- website itself says 1 yr inside and out coverage for preowned and new so was pretty upset, especially knowing it was superficial. Had to go back days later to return proper paperwork as was rushed due to dealership error day of purchase and grabbed wrong paperwork. Also told the wrong dates to schedule for inspection and oil change, so will have to reschedule them. Thankfully they did correct the issue with the scuff, but don't feel confident they will honor their "warranty" for any future scuffs or scratches, not really sure what the 1 yr of exterior and interior protection means then.. Otherwise very nice business and easy enough process, but what should have been 5 stars is a reluctant 4. We will see how it goes in the future. However the building is very clean and updated and people I interacted with were all very friendly. More
