Took my car for a B127 and tire pressure light initially they said it would take an hour to an hour in a half and it took longer so my 3year old and I waited they left home for the day and they forgot about they said it would take an hour to an hour in a half and it took longer so my 3year old and I waited they left home for the day and they forgot about me they left me and my 3 year old waiting in the service department I had to ask the sales department for help to locate my car this has been the worst experience ever More

Anthony was great & he gave great customer service. I got my oil change quickly however prior to being seen was not that great. I got there early and hoped to get seen prior to my appointment but had a I got my oil change quickly however prior to being seen was not that great. I got there early and hoped to get seen prior to my appointment but had a few cars in front of me so it was expected. However, I didn’t like the fact that I waited about 10 minutes past my appointment time. I saw lots of people standing around talking and having a good time. Didn’t seem like anyone was working. Why not take care of customers sooner than later. More
