My 63 year old mom drove two hours to Nanaimo after being convinced they had a buyer for her truck, when she arrived there was no mention of a buyer. When she got there, there was no mention of a buyer and the previously agreed upon amount of 18,000 was lowered to 10,000. It was apparent they significantly embellished their interest to get her on the lot at which time the pushed her to test drive a Qashqai which she had no interest in. More
