We were very impressed how you didn't quick push thru the sale because of working late but you were thorough with it explaining options on the Toyota 4runner. You definitely went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and also making it possible to take the 4runner home that night. Thanks as well to the other staff that stayed late. He was very patient and understanding when I took a second test drive to get my family's opinion. He worked hard to get me the price I needed to seal the deal. I highly recommend him to anyone. I had a less enjoyable experience with the Kyle doing up the final paperwork and after-deal options. I found him to be rushed and not very thorough in explaining my options or the details of the contract. He whipped through important details and luckily I caught several mistakes he made that would have cost me! Overall it seems like a great dealership to with. Despite my experience in finance, everyone else I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, especially Dwayne. I look forward to testing out the service department down the road. More

A wonderful shopping experience..! I stopped by the dealership with my younger son a couple of months ago, just to find out about the Nissan Rogue. Amberre looked after us and a couple of hours later I had already committed myself to lease a unit of this vehicle. How did that happen? The fact that I was addressed very shortly after I walked into the dealership was a big plus for me. I was treated with respect from the first hello and the excellent customer service continues. 2 Days after I picked up my new truck I received a phone call from my sales rep Josh Irvine to see how everything was going with the new vehicle. A good day for a new car I did not appreciate what a great experience it could be when buying a new car. Josh, and the team behind him, showed my friend and I that we had chosen the right dealership and were very fortunate in having Josh Irvine meet us on our arrival. The friendly handshake, introduction welcome and huge smile made us feel immediately that we were in the right place at the right time. We did encounter a problem with the colour - but so effortless the resolution offered by Josh and his back-up team that there was never a thought of going anywhere else and that upgrading my Infiniti EX35 to a QX50 was a no-brainer. Having had a previous poor experience with the Company my confidence has been restored thanks particularly to Josh - he is truly an asset to your team. More

First and foremost I would like to thank everyone at the dealership for the most amazing car buying experience I Newmarket Nissian, where do I start!! First and foremost I would like to thank everyone at the dealership for the most amazing car buying experience I've ever had and it was as if no one could do enough for me! I first contacted Newmarket Nissan after a very bad experience with another dealership, to be honest I was so frustrated with the previous dealership that I didn't even want a new car anymore. I first spoke to VIP Customer Care specialist June, and she gave me a lot of information about the car I was inquiring about and didn't hesitate to get me on the phone with pre-owned manager Karim. Karim and I talked for a bit and I told him about the experience I had with the previous dealership. Right away I could feel he was concerned about me and told me that buying a car should be fun, not stressful! We connected right away and I felt very much at ease when we talked and I knew he would take care of everything with my best interest in mind. I then got on the phone with finance manager Stephanie and we connected right away as well. We talked on the phone for quite awhile and she did an amazing job of answering all my questions and concerns and got working for me to get approved right away. The next day she called me back with exciting news! She said everyone was excited to meet me and I was approved! Since I was an out of town buyer they informed me about the "Buyers fly-in Program" where the dealership would pay for my flight, hotel, dinner, breakfast, and give me a ride from the hotel to the dealership, so I flew up that night! When I got to my hotel the set me up in the most amazing room at the Sheraton (King size bed with complementary breakfast, thanks Vince!) and the next morning, sales professional Ryan picked us up to take us to the dealership. Once again we met another very friendly person from the dealership that couldn't do enough to for us during our visit! Upon arriving at the dealership… more friendly staff!!!! Everyone knew who I was, and treated me like a superstar! I was truly blown away at the service! They brought my car out front, washed, waxed, tire shine, fully inspected a full tank of gas, and showed me how to use all of the features! They then gave me a few trinkets, and a bottle of wine to celebrate the purchase of my new vehicle (thanks Kerry!!) and sent me on my way for the drive home. Since then I have been in contact with them as they checked up on me to see how the drive was, how the car was working and if there was anything more they could do for me! These guys are amazing and I'm very very happy I purchased a vehicle through them because not only did I buy a car, but I feel as if I have made many friends while doing so! Overall, from the time I contacted the staff at Newmarket, until the time I was in my new car and driving home was 3 days!!!! I would give Newmarket Nissan a rating of 10 out of 5 stars but even that wouldn't be high enough for the quality of service and the experience I had while I was there! So to all the staff at Newmarket Nissan, thank you again for the most amazing stress free, and fun car buying experience I've ever had! You guys have me as a customer for life! And to anyone who is in the area looking for a car or if you are from away, please take advantage of all these guys have to offer because the cars speak for themselves, but the service is A1 and the best ive ever seen! More
