Considering that I was looking to do this at some point soon, it was awesome that the dealer reached out to me asking me if I wanted an assessment on cost of driving. This led to me being able to hand back my Infiniti and get into an Altima. I dealt with Dwayne Nicholson and Jack Feng. I've dealt with Dwayne before and as before, this time was also a pleasure. He aims to please, and in both of our encounters, I felt he went WAY above and beyond to be sure that I the customer, was happy. I certainly see Dwayne as a definite asset to the awesome team at Newmarket Infiniti Nissan. I would have to include Jack in that same opinion. Jack was one of the most pleasant people I've ever dealt with in sales. I never felt pushed or coaxed in any way whatsoever, and he had every answer readily available, for every question my wife and I had. Even some information about stereos that in no way is common knowledge, which based on how much stereo is a big part of my car purchase, it was very nice to have that knowledge that Jack has. I want to add that in dealing with Mike in the finance department, things were very smooth and everything was presented to me with a friendly smile and a fantastic attitude. I have been a fan of Newmarket Infiniti Nissan since I walked in the door for my first service over 6 years ago and don't see any reason to go anywhere else, not only for anything outside of the Nissan/Infiniti brands, and certainly the service I get here. After attempting to make a s The fixed operations manager, Dave, is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered at a dealership. After attempting to make a service appointment, I was hung up on twice and left on hold for over 4 minutes. I asked for the manager so that I could express my displeasure and he brushed me right off, as if hanging up on customers and leaving them on hold for lengthy periods of time is acceptable. Competition is fierce. Good customer service is a must these days, and there's NO excuse for not providing this. This is an operational problem and I think Dave's manager needs to have a better look at these operations - because this now has me at 0 for 2 for any kind of good service at this facility. I will surely be looking for another dealership that knows how to treat their customers. More

I have now had 3 vehicles from Newmarket Infiniti Nissan and have had all of them serviced there without issue. Dwayne Nicholson and his team are excellent - they take the time to understand your needs and work with you to get you where you need to be. On my last visit, Dwayne referred me to Melissa Shelley who worked with me to get into my latest vehicle a 2016 Nissan Rouge. Melissa knows the product line up like the back of her hand and took the time to take me through all the options and answer all my questions. Dwayne and Melissa helped me transition out of my 2014 lease on a QX60 early and really worked hard to get the price where I needed it to be. I have no hesitation recommending this dealership to anyone who is in the market. Really great people work at Newmarket Infiniti Nissan both in sales and in the service department. I've been to other dealerships over the years and the sales/service here is just so much better than anywhere else. Go see Dwayne's team, you won't be disappointed. More
