Friendly, fair and courteous. I wanted to share a great experience that I had purchasing my latest vehicle. After being poorly serviced by both Chrysler/Dodge dealerships in Bramp I wanted to share a great experience that I had purchasing my latest vehicle. After being poorly serviced by both Chrysler/Dodge dealerships in Brampton, I decided to give Parkway Chrysler a try. I got a response to my initial email inquiry within minutes on a Saturday evening and by noon the next day I was test driving my van. Jesse Saba was a pleasure to deal with. He was polite, calm and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The final package price that I negotiated with Jesse and Marco was fair, and I truly felt that they appreciated my business. Ravi in finance was able to finalize the sale and provided us with a monthly payment that suited our budget. I had to go back to the dealership a couple of times, once to actually finalize the purchase and another to pickup a set of rubber mats, and both times Jesse immediately greeted us at the door and took care of us right away so that we were in and out quickly. He had no problem going back to our van to show or explain any options that we couldn't figure out on our own. A really good experience! We had a great experience recently with Parkway Chrysler Mississauga. We had attended in hopes of just researching a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. Not only were we greeted at the door by Zafar Siddiqui but the Manager Debbie Sguigna, came over to say hello and apologize for the lack of heat in the building as they were having problems that day with the heating in the building. Zafar went to every extent to find a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, as my husband had his heart set on this car after having two Laredos in the past. There was no Laredo (Granite color) to be found in all of the GTA, or beyond. But Zafar was very understanding and accomodating and asked that we test drive some of the other Cherokees. Well my husband finally decided on the 2016 Cherokee Limited, True Blue - a beautiful vehicle! Thank you to Zafar, Sami, and Ravi, for your patience, kindness and courteousness, we will certainly recommend your services!! More
