Excellent I ended up trading in my 2014 caravan for an upgraded 2016 grand caravan. The ease in doing business with both Zafar and Brian was exceptional. I wal I ended up trading in my 2014 caravan for an upgraded 2016 grand caravan. The ease in doing business with both Zafar and Brian was exceptional. I walked in signed the paperwork and a few days later drove my new vehicle home no problems. I will recommend this dealership to all my customers, friends, and family. More

Amazing Experience We had a great experience with Parkway Chrysler in Mississauga couple months ago when we purchased our brand new Dodge Caravan. When we walked inside We had a great experience with Parkway Chrysler in Mississauga couple months ago when we purchased our brand new Dodge Caravan. When we walked inside the dealership we were greeted by almost everyone of the staff including the General Manager Debbie Sguigna who came over to say hello and offered me and my dad some Coffee/Tea. The sales rep Yousif went above and beyond explaining the different trims and available options on the Dodge Caravan and he helped us find the perfect vehicle that had all the options we wanted within our budget! This dealership so far is the best dealership I've ever visited, great people, great environment and hype! Since then, I came back twice for oil change and I love how their staff make you feel welcomed and they're always there to answer all of your questions! Thanks to Yousif, Steve, Brian, Debbie, and the Service Team for your great work, kindness, honesty and effort! Terrible service- don't waste your time Went there after I purchased a Jeep. Thought it was perfect since it is 5 minutes away from my house. Went in for service once. A week later heard a p Went there after I purchased a Jeep. Thought it was perfect since it is 5 minutes away from my house. Went in for service once. A week later heard a peculiar noise from my Jeep. Looked at the issue and realized that one of the major and very important parts was not tightened. Went to dealership, asked for the service manager Dave Farley. Considering that if the part would of came of it would of caused a serious crash, Dave was sipping on his coffee without any sympathy. Told me that it happens, and that I should come back a week after every service to ensure everything is tight. Dave did not apologize, did not offered any solution until I had to explode and make him realize how serious the issue was. After the general manager got involved, the issue was resolved, no thank you to Dave. Came back two weeks later with a car that was stalling every few minutes, the service rep advised me that they can't even take a look at it. Drove my car to Team Chrysler and got the issue resolved right away. Don't service your car at this dealer unless your okay with coming back a week after every service to ensure they did not mess anything up. More
