He addressed all my concerns, and worked at getting me to a place where I would be happy with the price of the car I was seeking. I would recommend him to my relatives and friends as someone to trust in negotiations. I would also commend Business Manager Brian Cavaco for his diligence and persistence in working with me to complete the extended warranty and finalise the purchase of a car. In my seeking out a Chrysler 300, I visited five other dealerships outside of my Guelph area, and I was impressed with Parkway Chrysler; the presentation of its display of automobiles, the arrangement of sales offices, the courtesy of all staff I dealt with, the availability of a waiting room with coffee and hot chocolate, and the cleanliness throughout including washrooms. More

OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES KEVIN & MARCO I was recently at PARKWAYCHRYSLER with my uncle and was approached by Kevin who was kind to my uncle and I and had won me over in the greeting. Kevin narrowed down my vehicle from your vast selection and discussed every aspect of the LIMITED i had my sights on which impressed the heck out of me. When he pulled up in the ride he meet all my needs for a vehicle going into detail and stating saftey and the componets. Marco the sales manager was a great ball of energy, his excitment complemented his work ethic and created a fanstatic experience and alongside Kevin never put my uncle and I in an uncomfortable situation.These two men are great at what they do. We had been shopping around but these gentlemen were unique, kind and NOT typical sales people they were genuine. After my test drive Kevin and I had a great conversation and I never felt pressured by he nor Marco. They accomadated my uncle and I with coffee from tim hortons. After leaving i notified my family and friends of my venture and advised them all that that was an awesome experience. Normally dealerships have bad stigmas. These gentlemen proved buying a car is an exciting experience and should be fun. Not once was i uncomfortable. I highly recomend PARKWAYCHRYSLER AND SEEING THESE FINE MEN IN ACTION. Poor customer service I traded up my van in June for a 2015 van which had features my 2013 did not have. Our salesman Kevin was excellent trying to meet our needs in our pr I traded up my van in June for a 2015 van which had features my 2013 did not have. Our salesman Kevin was excellent trying to meet our needs in our price range. My only complaint was that when I picked up the van it had less than 1/8 of a tank of gas. I had to fill it immediately. I was not impressed, when buying a vehicle costing well over $20,000, the least the dealer can do is fill the gas tank. My husband has a 2013 Honda Fit, it came with a full tank of gas. I mentioned it to Kevin who said he would get us a $25.00 gift card for gas when he got paid. I have not gone back for it because honestly I don't believe the salesman should have to pay for gas. If you want to keep customers or compete with other manufacturers these little things mean a lot. I really like the van but having to immediately drive to a gas station is pretty poor. More
