While most sales reps just go through the motion and a script, Marco listens intently and then unleashes a barrage of helpful and interesting facts that an ordinary buyer wouldn't know about the car. I did my research months before we brought the car and I am still amazed as to how Marco explained the car features with way more details. He listens to the customer folks, yes he does. He then asks what your needs are and patiently writes them down. This guy is the real deal (discounts and what have you) , and if you happen to be in the market for a Jeep, go drop by Parkway Chrysler and ask for Marco. When it got down to the business financial side of things, Ravi was very detail oriented as well. He too was patient in listening to our needs, this guy won't pressure you into anything. He will even provide you with choices that will suite your financial needs. Calm and collective, Ravi aims to make your deal closing as pleasant as possible......kudos to you Ravi. And then there is Kevin, who is totally awesome. He took the time to demo the features of the car (our sales rep was in a meeting) and had ample patience in answering my so-many queries.
