Getting great service. Recently I brought my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan in for the "piece of mind" service package. Previously I had to bring it in to have a problem with the Recently I brought my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan in for the "piece of mind" service package. Previously I had to bring it in to have a problem with the interior heat control looked at. Something I had received a recall notice for. Unfortunately the problem was not corrected properly and I had to bring it in a second time. The service person I dealt with was named "Dan" and he felt terrible that this had happened to me and was very apologetic, even though it was not his fault. When I called, months later to have my vehicle routinely serviced, "Dan" remembered who I was and made sure my experience this time was exceptional. When I showed up at 7am he was ready and waiting and so was the mechanic "John". They performed their tasks quickly and were very concerned that I had a good experience. My vehicle was serviced, and I was home in less than an hour. First time ever that a car dealership made me feel like I really mattered. These 2 gentlemen deserve to be recognized for this. I know people have no problem complaining when things go wrong, but when you are made to feel important and like you are a priority, then these are the things that really matter. Next time I am in the neighbourhood I will drop in with Tim Hortons gift cards for both these gentlemen. This is how great they made me feel. The real reason I wrote this review was that I thought they deserve to be recognized as valuable and genuine employees who really care. Your dealership is lucky to have them. He went above and beyond to demonstrate and explain all the features of the mini van we were looking for. He has pleasant personality and posses always helping attitude. We bought the car and Hamza has been very helpful during the entire process starting with test drive and helping with paperwork. Adriana was very helpful suggesting a car based on price, fuel economy, and comfort. Samiul and Brian were helpful with the financing side; helping me with information and suggestion with add-ons such as warranty, vehicle add-ons and financing rate. Everyone was extremely helpful. I test drove my Chrysler 200 LX 2015 and fell in love. I purchased it with the right warranty, the right add ons. After licensing was completed (The next day) I drove into the sunset.
