I was dealing with a rep called Munir Siddiqui and found him to be very knowledgable and friendly. He had the answers to all of the questions I had, let me do a thorough test drive and inspection of the vehicle and was honest about vehicle history and had all carproofs etc at hand. Furthermore, the negotiation process was stress free and he helped me to get a price i deemed satisfactory and the whole financing process and process up till i received my keys was smooth. I would have no problem recommending him to anyone. Brian Cavaco helped with the financing and it was a straightforward process. You can take your time without thinking you'll feel the pressure of a sales pitch soon. Pressure never happened but still acknowledged me. I bought a used vehicle from Munir Siddiqui and he was very easy going and easy to negotiate with. He provided the necessary information I needed without asking. Example, history of accidents. The Finance manager, Mohammad Khan was also a pleasure to deal with as he did not pressure me for extended warranty, rust protection, etc. He would just say ask yourself if you're ok to pay thousands if something went wrong as chances exist but are slim or have a peace of mind, it's up to you. He also shopped around for the best possible rate and term from several financial institutions. In general, I'm glad I dropped by this dealership. It was one of many I've visited during my search. They know how to make you comfortable and not pressure you into any sale or option. I would definitely come back here for our next purchase. More
