Service Department is Awesome I have dealt with Dave in Service for a few issues with my Chrysler Sebring that I recently purchased. The sales department made sure to ask my concerns and looked after them without question. Dave looked after my car and made sure all details were looked after with a great deal of care. Margaret (manager) was fabulous and made the sale an easy process along with the follow up. I would tell anyone to take your car here for service and make sure to ask for Dave, you won't be disappointed. If your buying, don't go anywhere else!!! More

Best customer service Great customer service/people skills for staff in both sales and service. Dealt with Haseeb for used car and he was friendly as expected. I ended up buying but 4 months later this 2011 vehicle with only 50K on it had issues. Never know what you're getting when buying used. First, tires and brakes had to be replaced. Second, filters were so dirty and moldy and they were replaced. 3rd, battery died so replaced that. 4th, vehicle wouldn't start, the alternator had to be replaced. All within the past 8 weeks. And I've only added 6000km since I bought it. I contacted dealership through email to let them know I was unhappy. The GM, Debbie, contacted me from her home when she heard of my displeasure. She wanted to make everything right. To make a long story short, I came in to meet Debbie and Haseeb to work a trade-in deal out. Suffice to say this deal only took several minutes as I was able to trade the 2011 for a new 2016 for a slight difference in be-weekly payments. I've been to many dealerships over the years and this by far is the best. Not often you'll get a GM calling in the evening from their home to make things right. If you're thinking of buying a vehicle and don't want to feel pressured into buying, with a relaxed atmosphere, and welcoming staff, this is the dealership to go to. More

Great experience purchasing my Jeep Cherokee Back in February I was in the market for a new vehicle (Jeep). I saw a Cherokee Trailhawk that I liked at Parkway. Deal with Jesse right off the bat. Back in February I was in the market for a new vehicle (Jeep). I saw a Cherokee Trailhawk that I liked at Parkway. Deal with Jesse right off the bat. In looking for the best possible price and having been to several other dealers prior I really liked Jesses work ethic and commitment to get me the best price. Though I really worked him to get me that price, we managed to come down quite a bit from the original listing price and we arrived at my budget. (Which I never informed him of). 8 months later, I love my Jeep TH and wouldn't have purchased it anywhere else. Thanks Jesse and thanks to the team at Parkway Chrysler. More

The entire staff is friendly and courteous, if you have any questions the staff knows a lot about the on lot vehicles. Zafar was one of the gentlemen that had helped me when purchasing my first vehicle and has shown the dedication within performing his job up to high standards that i cannot compare to any other dealership of chryslers. Zafar has made the process as simple as he could. Once again, I would rate this dealership a five star for excellent staff and being well organized and proving to their customers what selling many vehicles takes. On a final note Zafar is the guy to see for any help for when purchasing a vehicle from Parkway Chrysler. After some research and online window shopping we found a Dodge Grand Caravan at Parkway Chrysler. My wife and I went to look at the van and test drive it, honestly not knowing what to expect. It had been several years since either of us had purchased a vehicle. This is were we met Zafar. He was knowledgeable, genuine, and very kind. Buying a truck at this dealership was a nightmare! It gave me buyers remorse before I received my truck. The sales manager threatened me to remove my negative reviews. Worst buying experience ever. Unr It gave me buyers remorse before I received my truck. The sales manager threatened me to remove my negative reviews. Worst buying experience ever. Unresponsive and unprofessional staff. Useless customer service. I ordered a Ram 1500 from these guys in early June. Trucks were on sale, great incentives, 0% financing, I put down a deposit. They couldn't get the exact truck I wanted so we ordered one from the factory. Sales guy, Jesse told me it would take 6-8 weeks to order from the factory. Great! I was super excited about the truck, I thought nothing could go wrong so I went and bought brand new rims and tires for the truck. Three weeks later I get a call that the factory stopped making 2016s and started making 2017s. Now the timeline went from 8 weeks to several months (I still don't know how long). In addition, on the 2017 they told me they can't promise me 0% financing. I met with the sales manager who promised me that they will take care of me as a customer and if financing isn't 0% they will take care of the difference. But when I sent them an email summarizing our conversation, I didn't get a response. I kept following up and calling with no response. I had to go to the dealership and confront the sales manager (Luis Gonzalez) why he isn't replying to my emails. He is dishonest and rude! Kept telling me that he can return my deposit if I'm not happy. But he wouldn't pay for the wheels I already bought. If I hadn't bought the wheels already I would've took my deposit back and went across the street to buy a Ford. In mid-August, I still couldn’t get the sales guy or sales manager to respond to emails or call me back. I had no idea when I was going to get my truck or how much it was going to cost me at this point. At the end of August I called the dealership to ask for an update on my truck and an anticipated delivery date. I spoke directly to the service manager (Luis Gonzalez). This time he told me that if I do not remove my negative reviews from the internet he will not do business with me and will not sell me the truck. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! I was being extorted for writing about my experience. I wish I recorded my conversation for proof! At this point I have been already waiting for 3 months and I didn’t want to aggravate the sales manager so I removed the review (this is the second time I am posting it). People should be aware of the type of people who work at Parkway Chrysler. The sales manager has no morals and it is evident this mentality trickles down to the sales staff. I ended up breaking off the contract and getting my deposit back. I bought the same truck somewhere else. I don’t wish this experience upon anybody! More
