After some research and online window shopping we found a Dodge Grand Caravan at Parkway Chrysler. My wife and I went to look at the van and test drive it, honestly not knowing what to expect. It had been several years since either of us had purchased a vehicle. This is were we met Zafar. He was knowledgeable, genuine, and very kind. I would recommend Zafar, and Parkway Chrysler to anyone look for a vehicle. We also had the pleasure of meeting Debbie, the General Manager. Buying a truck at this dealership was a nightmare! It gave me buyers remorse before I received my truck. The sales manager threatened me to remove my negative reviews. Worst buying experience ever. Unr It gave me buyers remorse before I received my truck. The sales manager threatened me to remove my negative reviews. Worst buying experience ever. Unresponsive and unprofessional staff. Useless customer service. I ordered a Ram 1500 from these guys in early June. Trucks were on sale, great incentives, 0% financing, I put down a deposit. They couldn't get the exact truck I wanted so we ordered one from the factory. Sales guy, Jesse told me it would take 6-8 weeks to order from the factory. Great! I was super excited about the truck, I thought nothing could go wrong so I went and bought brand new rims and tires for the truck. Three weeks later I get a call that the factory stopped making 2016s and started making 2017s. Now the timeline went from 8 weeks to several months (I still don't know how long). In addition, on the 2017 they told me they can't promise me 0% financing. I met with the sales manager who promised me that they will take care of me as a customer and if financing isn't 0% they will take care of the difference. But when I sent them an email summarizing our conversation, I didn't get a response. I kept following up and calling with no response. I had to go to the dealership and confront the sales manager (Luis Gonzalez) why he isn't replying to my emails. He is dishonest and rude! Kept telling me that he can return my deposit if I'm not happy. But he wouldn't pay for the wheels I already bought. If I hadn't bought the wheels already I would've took my deposit back and went across the street to buy a Ford. In mid-August, I still couldn’t get the sales guy or sales manager to respond to emails or call me back. I had no idea when I was going to get my truck or how much it was going to cost me at this point. At the end of August I called the dealership to ask for an update on my truck and an anticipated delivery date. I spoke directly to the service manager (Luis Gonzalez). This time he told me that if I do not remove my negative reviews from the internet he will not do business with me and will not sell me the truck. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! I was being extorted for writing about my experience. I wish I recorded my conversation for proof! At this point I have been already waiting for 3 months and I didn’t want to aggravate the sales manager so I removed the review (this is the second time I am posting it). People should be aware of the type of people who work at Parkway Chrysler. The sales manager has no morals and it is evident this mentality trickles down to the sales staff. I ended up breaking off the contract and getting my deposit back. I bought the same truck somewhere else. I don’t wish this experience upon anybody! More

Everyone who works there is super-friendly and accommodating I received top-notch service from Parkway Chrysler when trading in my Jeep for a new one. Everyone who works there is super-friendly and accommodating, including two awesome salesmen Josh and Luis, and general manager Debra. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I have a Jeep dealership right around the corner from my office, but I'd prefer to drive a half hour for the good service and great deal. I also called around to several dealerships that couldn't come close, deal-wise. Thanks again for a great experience. More

Johnny Arcangel was extremely helpful with our initial information gathering session over the phone and once we arrived for our appointment we were introduced to one of the best sales personal we have dealt with over the years - Hamza Rafiq. His professional yet personal approach made our decision a lot quicker and easier. He not only presented the 2015 Jeep wrangler in great detail but explained the positives and negatives of every finance option available to us.
