Super ! I bought my 2016 Tiguan a few weeks ago and LOVE the car. With a small dent on the passenger door, Sam (sales) said their shop could try to get it out I bought my 2016 Tiguan a few weeks ago and LOVE the car. With a small dent on the passenger door, Sam (sales) said their shop could try to get it out before I took possession. Sure enough, when I picked it up, I couldn't even see where the dent was. Great job! No pressure sales team too. Had a problem with the radio after I took it home, but the service team, Krisy & Joe, fixed it no problem. I am coming back next year without question, as we need another car. Maybe we'll get another Tiguan, as this one is fantastic with a great price! More

I'd found a vehicle I was interested in on carguru and then sam messaged me right away and got talking about vehicles and when I could come by and check them out. He was on holidays the rest of our time searching for a vehicle so had the lovely chance to work with Jocelyn for the rest!! Unfortunately if we had of dealt with Shari before we committed with a deposit we wouldn't have purchased a vehicle from here she's extremely pushy and just had a rude attitude that nearly pushed us away from this dealership. If it wasn't for the exceptional customer service from Jocelyn we likely wouldn't have purchased our vehicle. So far the SUV has been great and I love it!! They worked very fast to get us approved and get us our vehicle within a few days! If u have to deal with Shari just be prepared. Also since we lived almost an hour away they made things very easy for us ! More

We walked into their place without having browsed any cars since we didn't have time. Michael was our sales representative, and he was very helpful and patient with us. He helped us choose a car that suited our needs and budget. We were given the opportunity to test drive as many cars as we wanted, he made sure that the car we chose was the right car for us and one that we were completely comfortable with. My husband and I are both unemployed full time students with two young children, the financing team made every effort to ensure that we got good funding options for our car. Jonathan, an extremely nice employee filled out the financing applications for us and made sure to gather every little detail regarding our status. He later referred us to Stella who kindly walked us through our options and gave us the detailed terms and conditions of our financing plan. She broke everything down to us making it easy to comprehend the complicated financing numbers and conditions. She also made sure that we had a list of everything that needed to be brought in when we were to pick up the car. We were able to pick up our car only two days after visiting the shop!! The wilson's took care of everything including the registration of the car. When we picked up the car, it was like a brand new car, very clean and shiny, brand new tires, and fully serviced without paying an extra penny!! Thanks wilson's, thanks Mike, WE LOVE OUR NEW CAR !!
