I was pleasantly surprised how great Joe Abenante the salesman there was, he was very patient, seemed very honest, and overall made me happy, comfortable about buying a new vehicle, as It can be very stressful with some dealerships. He showed the ins and outs of the vehicle extremely well, was very upfront and honest about the buying process and what I can afford and not afford. first class service In August of 2014, my husband and I went to Maple Ridge Chrysler in hopes of purchasing a new car that would be economical and within our price range, In August of 2014, my husband and I went to Maple Ridge Chrysler in hopes of purchasing a new car that would be economical and within our price range, Although our credit rating was not very good at that time our salesman, Jordan and the finance manager Zack made it happen for us and we drove off the lot in a brand new Chrysler 200, we were very impressed with the service. My husband and I loved the car but we live in Princeton, BC and the winters here can be quite challenging, so we decided that our next purchase would be another 4x4 truck. On August 16th, 2015, my husband and I decided without hesitation, to take a drive to Maple Ridge Chrysler with the intention of purchasing a 4x4 truck that would be both fuel efficient and be able to handle the winters in our area. As soon as we arrived at the dealership, Joe Abenante was there to greet us. We advised Joe as to what we were looking for in a truck and he immediately showed us our options. Joe was very knowledgeable on all of the trucks that we were interested in, and didn't take long for us to make our decision. Within the hour of arriving at the dealership we had made our decision, took the truck for a test drive and without a doubt it was the truck that we wanted, and the paperwork was in process. While the paperwork and financing was being drawn up, Joe went over the details of the trucks features, again we were very impressed with the knowledge that he was able to provide us. We also had the great opportunity to work with the sales manager, Dan Reaveley, who was able to work with us in obtaining the best finance interest rate, and meet our request to stay within our budget for the payment requirements. When it was time to sign all of the legal documents, we again had the great opportunity of working with the finance manager Gary Van Belois, who had our paperwork ready for us to sign and we were on our way to meet with the ICBC agent, Nikki, to do the transfer. Once all of the transaction were completed, we were handed the keys to a brand new Ram 1500 and once more Joe Abernate went over all of the features of the truck, and we on our way. We would like to thank Nikki, ICBC agent, as well as the whole sales team for all of the courteous interactions while we were waiting for the legalities to be completed, and a special thanks Joe Abernante, Dan Reaveley and Gary Van Belois. I never feel comfortable and tend to not trust the salespeople. I went to Maple Ridge Chrysler to purchase a preowned Dodge Ram 1500. I immediately felt comfortable with the salesman Daniel Amesbury, and later with the sales manager Stephane Rose. They found the truck I wanted and they gave me a higher price on my trade in than other car lots that I had visited. I got a great deal and both Daniel and Stephane worked hard to make sure I was happy about the deal. In the end, not only do I feel I got a great deal, it was a very enjoyable experience. I definitely would recommend purchasing a vehicle here. More
