Adam Wood Very thorough and conscientious. Explained everything to me clearly and gave me his cell # so I can reach him directly if I have any questions. Very thorough and conscientious. We had an issue with getting the insurance transferred over to the new vehicle because of the inefficiency of the insurance co and Adam stuck with it and jumped through all the hoops and was quite insistent with the co in the end to get it resolved and let me drive of the lot with insurance in hand. Adam is very personable and an easy person to talk with. Michael helped me through the financials and got me all set up with financing.
