Logan McMahon was very patient in explaining the features of the 2017 Sorento SX Model and at no time did he make us feel pressured to buy. When Michael DeFreitas knew there was a deal to be made, we felt that the purchase price was reasonable and a win win. Post sale support with Michael Houlguin was smooth and thorough. He efficiently guided us through the necessary paperwork with professional enthusiasm. Matthew Houlguin made the vehicle pick up a very pleasant experience. He finalized the paperwork detail with clarity and he was most diligent in guiding us through the vehicle operating procedures. He was patient and knowledgeable with his explanation, investing a lot of time in our education of the Sorento without ever making us feel rushed.
