GREAT SERVICE! I just purchased a certified preowned GX460. We had come to this dealership because we wanted honesty and accountability. This was very important to us as we have heard horror stories about dealers being less than honest, cutting corners and passing the buck to the customer so to speak. There was an issue with the brake pulsating that I had noticed from the beginning at test drive and after much research and due diligence, concluded that it was not a normal feature of the GX. I even test drove other GXs for a comparison point. They advised that it could be the ABS actuator. Other dealers would have probably tried to convince me that it was normal. Having 2 small children, brake and vehicle safety are paramount to us, so after discussing the issue with Trevor, he coordinated with Abid who I spoke with in detail and managed to expedite the part as it was on back order. He made sure he oversaw the whole transaction and would promptly return all my phone calls something which I really appreciated. He listened to my concerns and made sure the service dept addressed them. He went above and beyond. I was then referred to Greg who worked on the car and replaced the ABS actuator/Master Cylinder, which was not a cheap part to fix but luckily the vehicle is still under warranty. My mom had worked with Greg in the past and advised me that he was phenomenal. She was right. I had the truck back in a few days. No brake pulsating and we were really pleased with how everything was completed. New Lease We have been leasing from this dealership since 2009. Most recently we took back our Lexus ES-300H, a year early from its original lease and Stephen was very helpful and accommodating in getting us into a new Nx-200t which my wife wanted since we are expecting our first child very soon. The process was smooth and hassle free, and everyone at the dealership was helpful and pleasant.
