Purchasing after 15 years! Clearly I was in the market to replace my car and was looking around as it was being serviced. I have driven my RX300 for 15 years/330k-kms and dealt with this dealership when in Canada. It moved twice during that period, each time further away from my home. I did not like that commute for service and had seriously thought I would not purchase another Lexus because of it. Now that there is to be a dealership on the east side of Toronto I have the option I was looking for. Our overall experience was very good. David Lee was excellent and was most professional. Not pushy, yet kept me informed. As we don't yet like the new styling of the 2016 models we decided to go the previously owned route. There were a couple oF concerns, one being that I have now noticed that our vehicle looks like it had had either a tow hitch or a bicycle carrier installed which I think should have been brought to our attention, especially if it was towing. Josie was great and certainly knows the vehicles and represents you at the same level as David. I would have liked a little longer time with her, which she acknowledged and she has offered to accommodate another run through with me and/or my wife. How could I not buy a Lexus after the problem free 15+ years of carefree motoring. As I was returning from Montreal a week ago, close to Oshawa I could feel the transmission slipping to the point that I felt more comfortable running at a slower speed in 2nd gear. It must have known!! More
