Peter, Mallory, Kim and Dave conveyed the same level of friendly, helpful attitude. Billy went over and above to make sure the car was perfectly clean and sound before it left the lot. I have bought many cars, and more recently been looking for months for a new one, and never got the level of care and attention that this dealership gave. My mom and I went to take a look out a London City Mazda, and Billy Hall was the first to come out and take care of us. When we first got there, there was no Mazda 3 GSs but him and Jeff, somehow found one in London, that moment I was just so excited, Billy has this tone of voice that makes you just want to jump into your brand new car and cry of happiness. haha, He went about and BEYOND to make sure that I was happy with thee car i wanted, and he made sure that the payments were going to be affordable. At my house we have 4 Mazdas, two of which are the 2014's and I cant explain to you enough how happy Billy made me with this purchase. I definitely recommend going to London City Mazda, and talk to Billy. He will guarantee a low, affordable price. And for working with my financing, I really like Mallory, she was thoroughly explaining everything and making sure that my payments werent going too high over my budget. I spent some time looking online and visited various dealers around London. Since the beginning of my search, I loved the look of the mazda3 and had a feeling it would be a great fit for me. I was very nervous about making this first big purchase (I am a new Western graduate) and never really felt ready to commit until I went into London City Mazda. The atmosphere is extremely open and welcoming and I felt very comfortable there. Billy was wonderful to work with, extremely helpful, and answered all of my questions. He was able to offer me a price match on the car, which allowed me to feel that the purchase was within my reach. I have now had the car for about 3 weeks and couldn’t be happier with my decision. It is a purchase I will be proud of for many years to come. Billy, Mallory and London City Mazda were a team that I could trust and one that I would recommend to many people in the future. More

I recall i was supposed to go test drive a car and i would not have been able to make it in while Billy was there so he stuck around to make sure that the car was ready when i arrived to pick it up. Mazda CX-5 !! First met Mallory on Oct 24 and explained she was my first stop and that I wanted to check out several dealerships to make an informed decision. She wasn't pushy at all and I really appreciated that and arranged for a CX-5 test drive. After visiting 6 other dealerships over the weekend I took my husband and son back to London City Mazda for a test drive on Monday and Mallory provided some comparative information as well as pricing options. I considered these on Tuesday and then made an appointment on Wednesday to purchase the vehicle. On Saturday morning I went to pick up my new CX-5!! Mallory was there to meet me, sign all the papers and rum me through the checklist before driving off. She was there for me every step of the way, answered all my questions and was very thorough. She has even checked in on me this week. Outstanding Customer Service!!! I highly recommend London City Mazda and I love my ride!!! More
