Jamie was really helpful along the way because it took me a good amount of time to finally settle and close on the car. They were very understanding if certain things that i had worries about and they were able to work with me and get a great deal in accordance to my budget. I would completely come back here if i had to for another car. Mallory was helpful with getting everything ready for financing so that all i had to do was give the ok without actually having to be there. Unfortunately Jamie was busy with customers when i went to pickup the vehicle but Nick was really helpful at getting all the final paperwork signed and showing me the bells and whistles of the car and how everything works. I've had a couple bad experiences in the past, so I was very cautious and guarded when I came in; I even brought my Dad with me for both moral support and his expertise. However, Daniel was great! He was very patient; he took the time to really listen to what I wanted rather than attempting to tell me what I wanted (as others have done). He was very easy to talk to and his genuine, kind demeanor put me at ease. On the test drive, he outlined all the features of the CX-5, answered my questions about the differences between the tiers, and actually asked what I thought of the vehicle in comparison to other makes that I had previously test driven. The entire time, he was both professional and personable, which was a welcome change. It didn't take long for me to make the decision to buy! When I came back with my old car, some input from Billy and Peter actually made the trade-in process surprisingly pleasant (I'd been stressed out about that before coming in). Mallory's financial know-how made the paperwork very simple. Everyone was focused on making this the best possible experience for me. I couldn't be happier! More

A continuous problem solved with just one visit I was dealing with a vacuum leak and continuously had issues finding where the problem originated from. I had dealt with other professionals on the issue but in the end the problem still persisted, until I brought my car to London City Mazda. I heard they had access to a smoke machine, that would certainly find the root of the problem. before the test was even started the mechanic found the problem (he still did the smoke test to be sure). Ever since i have had no problems with the car. im very impressed as my car is a Subaru and not even a Mazda! Great work. More

Great experience when going to Mazda With my boyfriends car getting older it was costing a lot to maintain so him and I had decided to start looking for something new. We had done our research on plenty of different cars, went to many different dealerships but kept going back to Mazda. With Mazda at being at the top of our search list we started there. When walking in you are greeted right away and they ask what they can help you with, after letting them know why we were there Billy Hall was called to come assist us. Billy was very friendly, approachable, and helpful the whole time that we were there. He treated us as though we were just talking to a friend and not a sales rep. this made us more comfortable in the whole buying a new car experience, that we hadn't receive at other dealerships. Even after our first visit we still had questions later on that we email about that Billy replied to right away and went back to see him for another test drive when we had decided that the Mazda 3 GX was the right fit for us. Once we had sat down to do all of the paper work Billy had no problem taking his time explaining and answering any questions that we had. He made everything very understandable, in a stress free no pressure environment. We were then introduced to Mallory who does all their financing. She then sat us down and explained all of the details that go into financing a new car. Again just like Billy she explained everything so that we could understand it in a stress free no pressure way that made us feel comfortable about finally going through with such a large purchase together. We would recommend Mazda especially Billy to anyone who is looking for a great car and a great dealership. More

I had sold my vehicle and Jasmine arranged a loaner car until my new car was ready which I thought quite thoughtful. I came back a week later to pick up some touch up paint, and had an issue I wanted looked at. They took it in right away for which I was pleasantly surprised and thankful.
