First experience,, never going back Today was my first experience with the Langley Chrysler service department and I will never be going back, my business will be taken elsewhere. My experience went like this: - Book my truck in for an oil change and some warranty work in person at the dealership. I waited in line to see one of the service writers, after waiting for one I'm informed to go talk to someone else to book in and am pointed in that direction. - I proceeded to talk to the person I was pointed to for booking. I confirmed the price of the oil change I was looking for as well as what warranty work was needed and a date was set. - On the day of drop off I arrived a little early to make sure everything went well and there were no delays in processing things. I was greeted with a long line of people and an obviously under staffed service department that seemed to have very little interest in serving the people in line. I stood in line for 15 mins waiting to speak to someone and was finally served. I explained my needs again and was assured it would be done correctly and promptly. I was told the service shuttle would be around in the next few mins to pick me up and bring me to my office. - 20 mins goes by and I'm finally picked up to be dropped off at my office. At this point I've spent 45 mins at the dealership just to drop my truck off for something I had previously booked, this is entirely too long for such a simple process. - After a couple hours I receive a call saying the oil change is done but the technician couldn't replicate the items for warranty. Frustrated that they can't figure this out I ask for the shuttle to pick me up and bring me back, I am told to phone the shuttle and arrange myself. - Upon pick up the technician wanted to take a ride with me to replicate the sound, it doesn't replicate but he assures me everything is good and it's probably nothing, which is like telling me the sound is in my head. - I then proceed to try and pay and leave, I've spent entirely too much time at the dealership for such a simple visit at this point. Once three people have worked to find my paperwork I am given the bill, which is double the price I was quoted. I question the total and am greeted with a shoulder shrug and handed the debit machine to pay my bill. No question as to what was quoted or how this problem could be solved. - I proceeded to drive my truck straight from the dealership to an independent shop one block away, they found the problem within 5 mins and suggested the fix and explained why it was an issue. From start to finish my experience today with Langley Chrysler was of the lowest quality. I've have many new cars with multiple different brands and this is far and away the worst service I've received. Update: I received a call from Langley Chrysler apologizing for the poor service and wanting to hear more about why things went so poorly. They have offered me an incentive to come back and try them for another service visit in the future. I will give them one more try and update again. More

Slow service and expensive A 2 hour appointment took 5+ hours... waited 1.5 hours after they said to come down to the dealership... lots of excuses as to why it took so long. I drove away in a truck that was supposedly ready to drive. I am pleased to report that Langley Chrysler took my complaints seriously. Bill Jones called me and then the manager called me. damaged my car refused to fix My vehicle was damaged while there for service. It's a very busy lot so I suggest if you need service go somewhere else and maybe the risk of damage can be mitigated a bit. The service manager Darren is very rude very cocky and completely willing to look you in the face and tell you "too bad" without flinching. Worst experience at a Chrysler/Dodge dealership in western canada hands down. I even met with the fixed operations manager for the group who said I am on my own for the repairs to my vehicle but they will cover costs for a rental that they should have been covering anyway due to their poor communication but thats another story. Long story short I was without my truck for 5 days when i really needed it, still not fixed (parts are on order), and it's damaged really badly. Read the fine print people! you are going to pay for anything that happens while they have it. Very shady business practise but hey some big wigs gotta make his 6 figure salary each year regardless of how smashed your bumper is More

There was initially a few miscommunications about getting them dealt with in the service department but I'd like to say a big thank you to Darren Clifton and Josh Macleod for going above and beyond and getting all the issues taken care of. The sales department was great as well, this is the second vehicle my family has bought from Mani Arora in the past 2 years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I got a fair price for my trade, a good price on the new truck and the whole process was quick and painless. More
Leaking Roof I had my Truck in this dealership twice for a water leak . They couldn't find any leak and they told me to book it back in for the third time so they could take out the headliner and try to find the leak . I knew right from the minute that I walked in to this dealership it was not going to be good . The service writer made me fill out all the forms while he sat there and did nothing and when I returned to get my truck they couldn't find my keys as three other service people just sat there and did nothing to HELP . I have had my truck fixed at another dealership which found two leaks within the first two hours of the truck being in their shop. I would never go back to Langley Chrysler for any kind of service More

You pay enough per hour! Brought our 2014 truck for an oil change and fuel filters replaced and 59.95 peace of mind check .Expected a bill around 400 got a bill for just over 1000 bucks.I asked to speak to manager got assistant manager who took off 180 bucks,still not enough as far as I'm concerned I didn't ask them to do anything else!! Also on this bill and one before it said def fluid filled which it wasn't ,as I left almost empty for them to fill.Also first oil and fuel filter change we brought it in for truck reeked of diesel inside,when I got home there was diesel sprayed alover the side of the truck,had to go back! Fuel filter wasn't in right!I get a different answer every time as to how often oil is to be changed.I can't afford to go here,you never know what the xxxx your bill will be.We were leaving for Canadian Arabian nationals with are truck and trailer minus 700 bucks spending money!Not Happy Langley Chrysler!!! All this for my soft top being unscrewed and put in the back seat... While my jeep was there they looked at my stereo as it was turning off and off randomly. They found nothing, but when I got my jeep back I noticed the service guy dug a screw driver into my dash, also bend the plastic surrounding my stereo...... I spoke to them about 10 times and again over 4 people because they did not want to fix something that they broke (my car has 1000 KMS on it) In the end it has been replaced BUT I had to forcefully push them to & get my sales person involved & service management. I would not take my car back to them ever again!!!!!! Buyer beware great sales, but don't take it here for service!!!!!!! More
