Jim walked me threw all of the different models, packages, options, motors, transmissions, rear end ratios, and on and on. When all the technical stuff was worked out Jim gave me a great Price and the order was placed. When the truck arrived Paul H installed the suspension upgrades he recommended. On delivery day Jim took me threw the new truck orientation, programmed the Bluetooth for my phone and answered all my questions. Next I was off to see Tammy G the bean counter who laid out all of the payment options, Warrantee options and other various other protection packages.
