Very helpful staff, great overall service from everyone My 2017 Chevrolet Cruze was involved in a collision and took it to this dealership to get some body work done. the Service Manager Rob was great to d My 2017 Chevrolet Cruze was involved in a collision and took it to this dealership to get some body work done. the Service Manager Rob was great to deal with, very helpful on making sure I had a rental car lined up and easing my frustrations; the estimate was done fast by their team which I appreciated. However, my insurance agency decided to write-off my vehicle. I then dealt with Sean Simon, who did his best to help me find a vehicle suited for me, and his overall performance was excellent. Erin Healy in finance then tried her hardest to get me approved, but was unable able to due to requirements they lenders were asking for, but she did a great job and did do her best to make the deal work. In the end I bought from another dealership, but I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a car dealership. More

True colours show when mistakes are made a simple oil change found a minor leak in the lower oil pan of my truck. Because it was covered under warranty, Lakewood took it upon themselves to "f a simple oil change found a minor leak in the lower oil pan of my truck. Because it was covered under warranty, Lakewood took it upon themselves to "fix" the leak. A week later I was losing a litre of oil per day due to negligent work. The truck was towed to the nearest dealer for repair. Lakewoods service manager told me it wasn't their problem and that out of pocket expense for their poor work should be expected. Once the second dealership found the issues including a broken oil pan bolt and missing gasket, they properly repaired the truck. Lakewood still refused to take responsibility and get my truck back to me. The arrogance and ignorance shown by this dealer has driven me to take up every forum possible. More
