Fantastic Dealership! Made a phone call, told them what I needed, they delivered, price, customer service...excellent! Drove away with new car 3 hours after talking to them! Ben took us to registries, Thejus gave us the price we needed and was honest and straight forward, Mike did the financing and made sure all the paperwork was ready for insurance and registries. No pressure, just good business!!

WARREN WAS A FANTASTIC SALESMAN...... THERE ARE ALOT OF AGGRESSIVE SALESMEN OUT THERE AND TRUST ME I HAVE EXPERIENCED MY FAIR SHARE WILL LOOKING FOR MY LAST NEW CAR.... BUT THIS TIME AROUND WARREN SET THE BAR HIGH AND WAS COURTEOUS FRIENDLY AND NOT PUSHY.... NOTHING IS WORSE THAN A PUSHY OVERLY AGGRESSIVE CAR SALESMEN WHO THINKS THEY KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AND DOESN'T LISTEN!! ALSO WARREN COULD HAVE POSSIBLY GOTTEN ME OUT OF A TICKET, WITH HIS PAST LAW ENFORCEMENT EXPERIENCE HE GAVE ME SOME GOOD ADVICE ON A REALLY RIDICULOUS TICKET I HAD RECIEVED LOL!! THANKS WARREN...! Justin and Wade we're very honest and helpful from the very beginning when I started the process of Online shopping for my vehicle. Their responses to my questions were immediate. I didn't feel pressured; rather I felt informed of my options. I felt respected in the choices I made. Though this was my 1st experience with these individuals, I felt as confident with my purchase as I have with my previous experience with this dealership. This is my 2nd vehicle that I purchased from here. I maintained my 2006 Yaris here as we'll as my 2003 Sienna, which I purchased from a different dealership (Not as good as Kingsway). They have been great in servicing my vehicles. I look forward to the same with my 2013 Highlander Hybrid. I have referred several friends and family to this dealership. After today's experience. I will continue to do the same. Of note, Anne and Mike also were very helpful and efficient in dealing with the financing component of my purchase. I have had Toyota's since the 1980's. I believe Toyota has a lifelong believer in me. Kingsway Toyota is a great representative of this company.

Are family experience at kingsway Toyota was excellent.Maja was extremely helpful on helping us make the right decision for are needs.i can't say enough about the staff,everyone was friendly and at no time did we feel pressured.i highly recommend this dealership to everybody

I went in to Kingsway Toyota to buy a used vehicle and I am so happy that I did. They made my first big purchase quick and easy. They were able to get me a good interest rate that my bank could not. Best of all they were able to make my payments LOWER then I had expected them to be. All the staff are friendly and really do their best to ensure you have a good experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was looking for a vehicle that was safe and reliable and had investigated the Toyota Rav4 and we went to Kingsway Toyota where we were welcomed by the reception in a friendly atmosphere. We spoke with Thejus Swamy who showed exceptional customer service and a straight forwardness that I appreciate in discussing my requirements, vehicle options and financing options available to ensure I was comfortable with my purchase. Maja also showed exceptional customer service and ensured that this was the vehicle that would fit my needs. Financing through Anne Savoie-McKechney and Christopher Clarke who also ensured the financing process was seamless. Wade MacWilliam was also helpful in making sure that any questions I had were answered.

Thejus Swamy is one Sales Manager who not only knows his job very well inside and out, but more importantly, has excellent Human Relations skills giving a lot of premium in customer satisfaction. In other words, I see him as having 2 important targets in his day to day activities: 1) setting sales record, and (2) giving full customer satisfaction in the process. . these 2 go hand in hand for him.
Ron Sewak, Prashanth (younger brother of Thejus) and Mr. Mario Zabielski are awesome guys in their respective fields as well.
I will be a loyal Kingsway Toyota customer and I have recommended this dealership to my co-workers at the Government of Alberta.
