I found the SUV I wanted on autotrader.ca. Nour was in touch with me within a couple of hours of me sending an info request, whereas I still to this day haven't heard from my other (bad) salesman about the same vehicle at a different dealership. I went in to Kia on Hunt Club a couple hours later, test drove the SUV. Nour was extremely informative and knowledgable about the SUV I wanted, and he learned about why I needed to get a new vehicle. Nour and Hassan worked with me on my trade in, and financing options. I have never been so well looked after by a dealership before! I even left something absolutely silly in my trade in, and Nour retrieved it for me asap, and made me feel not so silly about it!! Definitely recommending Nour to everyone and anyone, he was great! I did run into a couple of small hiccups when dealing with one of the Finance Managers, but Nour and the Sales Manager Atheer outdid themselves to make up for them. Great at first... then went bad fast! In the beginning things were great when I bought a used car which came with winter tires. In November went back for my tires and the service department stated I had no tires on file. After two months of talking back and forth with the Sales Manager Tony, in the end he stated there was nothing he could not for me as the Sales consultant Courtney no longer worked there. Tony had informed me that tires had been going missing/being stolen at one point and just recently being locked up. I would not trust storing tires here ever! They take your money and don't offer any support after the sale. I am still very upset about this as now I have no winter tires and they are not offering to help at all. More

Only to find out at 4pm on my first service experience that they do not pick-up. What value is a shuttle if you have to pay a taxi to get back to pick up your car. And to top it off they will not even fix factory mis aligned tailgate." Buying a car has always been a painful task. So many dealers are focused on closing the deal as fast as they can. This leads to pressure tactics that make the buyer very uncomfortable. Iwas shopping for an SUV and test drove almost all of them. KIA was one of the last brands I took a look at. I can tell you that the entire experience, from walking into the dealer show room and taking our time to think about what we wanted, was very relaxing and stress free. Jason was a very reasonable and approachable guy. I do not buy things at first look. We need to test out the cars, check reviews and then I'll get back to you if we want it. And we wanted the Sorento. Our only regret is that we did not ask for more add-ons. They gave us everything we asked for. The dealers who ask right away "Are you going to buy it" or want to start negotiating a $40,000 purchase only minutes after first seeing it have got to get their heads checked out. More
