Ended up t 2nd purchase at KeyWest Ford. Went to the dealership to Service my 2013 Fusion. While there decided to visit the staff who served me prior. Ended up talking about the Fusion Hybrid, salesman Michael Nokes assisted with answering all of my questions elated to flat towing behind my RV, as I had particular needs, Michael listened and provided great customer service. End of the day I am now driving a 2016 Fusion Hybrid and feeling great about the final deal and service.
