We went to the dealership at opening Ben greeted us. He was one of the sales associates. He was straightforward with everything and worked a good deal for the 2020 Rogue we were interested in. Extremely disappointed in Kelowna Nissan, it was my favourite dealership and I would never even thought about going elsewhere. I've purchased four new vehicles from this company and I intended to purch favourite dealership and I would never even thought about going elsewhere. I've purchased four new vehicles from this company and I intended to purchase another vehicle for my wife. The new general manager ( Elias Flores ) simply could have cared less that I was a returning customer. He wouldn't even come close to offering me a fair price for my car trading it in on a new Nissan. I purchased a similar type new vehicle from one of Nissan's competitors. They were excellent to deal and certainly recognized the value of the vehicle we were trading. When the deal was completed we received just over $ 4,800 above what this guy Flores offered us. Of course he did throw in the bull@#*t telling us that all he would make on the new vehicle we were looking at was $ 450.00 ,,, what a crock of you know what. Too bad, I would have expected nothing less than a fair and competitive dealing with Nissan, their loss they won't see me again ( as long as Flores is the manager ). More

I worked with Ryan @ Kelowna Nissan online to sell my Lexus. It seemed a bit fishy at first, like it was a scam but it was actually quite reassuring that the dealer payment clears before your vehicle is Lexus. We were in the middle of moving to another province and this process alleviated a lot of the stress of staying in one province to sell it.
