"Above and beyond" with customer service I brought my 2013 Ridgeline in for a TPMS service light problem - I had been to my local tire store for repair with no luck to solve the problem. So I I brought my 2013 Ridgeline in for a TPMS service light problem - I had been to my local tire store for repair with no luck to solve the problem. So I brought in to Andrea and her team of service techs to try and do the repair. It turned out to be a very difficult problem to diagnose but after several tries and a whole lot of extra effort - my problem was solved. In my opinon this is what "Customer Service" is about. The sales service from Alan was what brought us back and now with Frank, has been great. They both understood what we wanted, as the cars were the first cars for our children so safety and a budget was kept in mind. Kelly was very professional in helping with the financial end. Unfortunately, the initial dealings with the service dept. was bumpy. Perhaps a little more time could be spent on etiquiette and professioanlism but when addressed, things worked out. Our youngest daughter has already picked out her truck for next year so I guess we will be back! Thank you. More
