He is very qualified, knowledgeable and if there is something he doesn't know about the product he'll tell you and then try to find the answer or someone that can better explain it. His personality is all round happy. It's also because of his no xxxxxxxxx attitude why I have brought my other family member specifically to him. What was shocking I was thinking about another brand and he said if that's what works for you let see how we can get you it and he tried to get me deal from another dealer, now he would much rather you in a dodge product but he still tried to get you the best deal.
