Service excellence I stopped at the dealership as my engine light was on. I was unable to stay as I had to go to work. Made an appointment for 0830 next day. I went back 15 months later and was told the only way I could refinance is to trade in my truck for another vehicle. After bringing this up with Craig, he said they would make good on their promise. Great Customer Service from Dean I brought my vehicle in for it's semi-annual service, which was due to the reminder they sent me. I dropped it off, was given a ride to work and got I brought my vehicle in for it's semi-annual service, which was due to the reminder they sent me. I dropped it off, was given a ride to work and got a call a few hours later stating: It's all good and ready to go. The shuttle driver was on a trip to Ladysmith when Dean called me, so he actually offered to run down and pick me up himself....... What Service !! I was fine waiting and it worked out perfectly for timing when Al came to pick me up. I highly recommend Dean and will only deal with him based on his wonderful yet professional attitude and service.
