Put in the application with Chris and have never heard a word back from anybody. Called Carson and he said he wold get right back to me after talking to the business office. Nope still no call back 2 days later. Heard from Craig Sabourin and he explained the situation, but I still would have liked the personal touch of a phone call and not just messages through the internet. Satisfied for now. Update, as of now Not Satisfied. Craig Sabourin the GM promised a $50 gas card for my troubles and I guess since I didn't give them the high rating that they requested they decided they weren't even going to send the gas card. Haven't seen the gas card, no one has bothered to phone me and discuss anything, Very poor customer relations. More

Worse place by far. Purchased a new car here and it's been nothing but a nightmare since. Once you sign the papers they don't care about you as a customer at all. Service excellence I stopped at the dealership as my engine light was on. I was unable to stay as I had to go to work. Made an appointment for 0830 next day. What pleased me a great deal was that they didn’t replace the part. They wanted to wait and see if it would happen again. There are many causes for this situation. This dealership is honest and I will definitely go back to get my vehicle service there. More

He had patience and exchanged friendly banter while we were waiting for the deal to be made. We were very happy with the trade-in price we got towards the new Chevy Trax! Brian worked for "us", and we felt very comfortable with that!!! He was able to get the business done, and we left there feeling like we were treated with respect, and our needs were met!! Go to the top to make things happen I purchased a truck in 2014, and was told then, that in 1 year I could come back and they would assist me with refinancing at a lower interest rate. I went back 15 months later and was told the only way I could refinance is to trade in my truck for another vehicle. After bringing this up with Craig, he said they would make good on their promise. Thanks Kim and Craig for picking up the ball that Kelly dropped aside from a few hiccups, I would recommend Island GM provided you speak to the right people More
Great Customer Service from Dean I brought my vehicle in for it's semi-annual service, which was due to the reminder they sent me. I dropped it off, was given a ride to work and got I brought my vehicle in for it's semi-annual service, which was due to the reminder they sent me. I dropped it off, was given a ride to work and got a call a few hours later stating: It's all good and ready to go. The shuttle driver was on a trip to Ladysmith when Dean called me, so he actually offered to run down and pick me up himself....... What Service !! I was fine waiting and it worked out perfectly for timing when Al came to pick me up. I highly recommend Dean and will only deal with him based on his wonderful yet professional attitude and service. I'm a Dean customer !!! More
Saved the Day I had issues with my 09 Silverado. With no appt. I "crawled" in to the service dept. Willi and the rest of the service team took care of my problem al I had issues with my 09 Silverado. With no appt. I "crawled" in to the service dept. Willi and the rest of the service team took care of my problem almost immediately. He was informative, honest and very obliging.
