Great first buy experience! This was my first time buying a new car, so I was nervous and had little knowledge on what to do. Even though I had brought my parents in with me, he directed everything at me, made sure I was comfortable with the speed things were moving, and was very easy to talk to. When it came to figuring out the financing and loan information, I got the privilege of working with Rob Eastman, another great guy. He made sure everything was in terms that I understood, and worked to get the best deal he could with me. I was nervous since it was my first time doing such a serious contract, and even though I had my father with me, Rob made sure to address me and made sure that everything I was hearing was being understood. My family has now bought three vehicles from this dealership, and each time we have had great service. Every person I dealt with over the two days we did this [only because we came in kind of late on the first day, sorry guys!] was friendly and approachable.
