Lied To, Bribbed and Crappy Service So just want to start with this guy has now lied to me not once but twice and attempt to pressure me into a ton of work my car didn't need. After an o So just want to start with this guy has now lied to me not once but twice and attempt to pressure me into a ton of work my car didn't need. After an oil change he tried to bribe me into giving them a great review and if I did I would get a $50 gas card. So I went along just to see if I would get my gas card and nope! Lie 1. On another incident I took my car into have it inspected because it was making a funny sound. They told me it was the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. After speaking with a couple people I decided to get a second opinion. I had two mechanics go over my car from a local shop, they could not find a single issue with the car and the belt was completely fine. Strike two. On another occasion this employee tried to pressure me into getting almost $800 worth of work done on my car and when I wouldn't authorise it he got very nasty and started lecturing me about money and how cars cost money and I shouldn't have gotten one if I couldn't afford it. This was shortly after being injured on the job, being rejected by WCB and having my income cut down to 55% and dealing with a huge amount of crap. So no one thinks their going to get hurt and loose their job... Strike 3. DO NOT USE THEM THEY LIE AND OVER CHARGE BY A HUGE AMOUNT TOO BTW. I was quoted over $100 less for the work they wanted to do on my car at the other place before I found out there was nothing wrong with my car. More
