Service sucks. Not enough mechanical staff. One canceled appointment. Another one was suppose to be first in line on a sat morning then was told 2.5 hours before they could look at it. And ill I wanted was my speakers working in a stock 2008 Chevrolet pick up. Which both times they said they would need more time to diagnose the problem and that they didn't have time that day. I had a scratch repaired & my vehicle serviced I was met in the service bay as soon as pulled in by Neil Burton. He asked what I was in for & when I explained it was for the scratch that was being I was met in the service bay as soon as pulled in by Neil Burton. He remembered who I was & the scratch from mid september when we had bought the vehicle.
